Standardize construction requirements

Base surface treatment: Before construction, thoroughly remove dust, oil stains, and moisture from the joints. Do not apply glue directly to damp or frosted surfaces to ensure that the base surface is completely dry and clean.

Environmental conditions: The construction temperature should be controlled between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃. Construction should be suspended on rainy days or when the substrate has dew. Maintaining a relative humidity of 40% to 80% is more conducive to curing.

Glue joint control: it is recommended that the joint gap between glass and aluminum should be controlled at 6~12mm, and the thickness of glue layer should be kept at 3~10mm. If the gap is too deep, it should be filled with PE foam rod before gluing to avoid slow curing caused by too thick glue layer.

Curing and maintenance: Under standard conditions, the surface drying time is about 3 hours, complete curing takes 24-48 hours, and deep complete curing takes 7-14 days to achieve optimal performance. During the curing period, avoid stress on the adhesive joints, soaking in water, or exposure to sunlight.
